I'm a Southerner living in the friendly seaside town of Withernsea, East Yorkshire. I have a column in the Withernsea & District Community News - the paper is distributed to homes along the East Coast and inland. The newspaper is readily available for tourists and from local outlets.

My experience is animal rescue, fostering and adopting sick animals, domestic abuse & violence, protecting my pets, raising money to pay for pet food and veterinary medication, and holidaying in dog-friendly locations. My cat (Tabitha), my ex-partner's dog (Teddy, a Romanian rescue), and budgies (Ron & Reggie), appear in videos or articles written from experience.
